I gave him bad infomation and did not know it till after I
rated him this rating was unfair, I'm sorry he does not
seem to know vista well but he never said he did that I
seen. again I'm sorry if I can correct this I will.

Not what he advertises re MS Outlook 2003, he has
overstaed his qualification on this product. He seemed to
know as much or less about the software than I did. What a
ripoff!
