Hi!
My name is tj and I am here to help you with these and other problems. It really is as simple as 1-2-3!
  1. Call or -e-mail me to describe your problem (e-mail is generally better)
  2. I'll ask you some questions about your computer, how you use it , and what you have on it.
  3. You get your information or fix for your computer
For the last 20 years or more I have been a systems or network manager  / engineer for several major international companies. I have also worked at various times as a contract technician so I have a lot of experience working on broken or defective systems and bringing them back at minimal cost..
Among my other qualifications are:
Microsoft Network Certification ( All core exams for MCSE passed)
Novell Network Certification (Netware 2.x3.x,6.x)
Novell networkiing Service and Support
CompTIA A+ ( Computer Technician's Industry Association Technicians Rating)
I do enjoy helping people, but this is not a place for everyone.  I mainly target PSO's, but if you know of another under-recognized community that might need assistance please let me know and I will explore the options of broadening my horizons a little.
