Dear Friend,
My name is Michael Burke and I would like to take a moment to share with you my personal story because I believe it will make you feel a whole lot better about your current situation and more importantly, give you hope that there is someone else out there who knows exactly what you are going through right now. In 1999, I lost my business (and so too the love of my life) and subsequently I lost my home to the foreclosure process. This was my first home ever and I was absolutely devastated. I lost everything. Shortly thereafter, I was forced into bankruptcy and let me tell you - and please listen - this is not a place where you or your family want to be under any circumstance. I particularly remember the sense of embarrassment, desperation, and total loss of hope and the feeling of being trapped, alone, and totally lost with nobody to turn to and nowhere to go. It's not a place I would wish on anyone and not a place I plan to return, ever. It's not a place you or your family want to go, believe me.
It was at that point in my life that I made the most important decision I would ever make - a decision and commitment to take action and turn my life and my finances around once and for all and to never, ever return to hardship again. There is more than enough money in this world to go around and the time had arrived for me to finally stake my claim! - I didn't know exactly how I was going to do it, I just knew I would and most importantly, I had faith. I believed in myself and knew in my heart that if I had made it this far, I could make it again and with hard (and smart) work, a pinch of good luck, and a whole lot of heart - I knew I could, I would find my way. So too will you, I promise.
Shortly after my bankruptcy, I enrolled in one of those get rich quick courses on buying real estate with "little or no money down" (I'm sure you've seen the infomercials late at night and dreamed what if...) - that's exactly what I needed since I had absolutely no credit, and I had little or no money and certainly nothing to put down on real estate. Of course, it didn't initially work out quite as I expected (that is, I didn't get rich overnight!), but it did open the door to a whole new possible and the dream having the opportunity to help people avoid foreclosure and get paid in the process - it was exactly what I had been looking for and besides, what had I to lose?
Well, I can sure tell you it has been a very long, hard road from there to here and today, I am very proud to say that my life is finally turned around and I am now living the life I have always imagined - and I couldn't be happier. I have since become a very successful real estate investor and now live on a very fine beach in Malibu, California and I specialize only in pre-foreclosure real estate. I spend most of all of my time helping people just like you and I avoid the foreclosure process and for those I am not able to help, and there are many, I specialize in solving their real estate problems by providing real solutions based on sound advice and experience. It's what I do. It's all I do.
