I came from China where I studied Zen and Taoism all my life, arrived in New York in 1995. I went on to finish my college education and got admitted to a medical school here. July of 2003, I decided not to go back to my fourth year of medical school because I was very disappointed at the healthcare system in the United States. After much reading and careful thinking, I chose to be involved with real estate investment. I started out with NO MONEY! Yes, ZERO DOLLAR! Because my educational financial aid was dropped. Still, I borrowed $2,995 to attend a real estate seminar, and I attended very single free ones as well. May 2004, I was able to use leverage to purchase my first house as primary residence in Long Island, New York - one of the most expensive areas in the country. As of September 2005, I owned 3 units in Ohio and working on my 4th unit. I am also working on a 26 unit condo conversion project in Washington, DC with various partners.

I am a Zen Master; I know that only through the sharing of knowledge and success will I achieve my next level of enlightenment.
