Hello. I am Mark, a licensed California attorney practicing exclusively bankruptcy law since 1991. I am BV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a member of numerous bankruptcy related and financial groups affiliated with California State and Local bar associations.

I represent debtors and creditors in all bankruptcy chapters.

My practice is based in the Los Angeles area but I handle Chapter 7 cases throughout the State of California. I will happily answer general bankruptcy questions from anyone who lives anywhere, but my legal advice will be limited to California State Law as it relates to exemptions in bankruptcy, real property issues, local procedures, and other matters specific to California law.

1. the value of each of your assets and, for assets that have liens against them, the amounts of the liens;

2. the amounts and types of each of your debts, and the history of incurring each of the debts

3. Your monthly income and expenses.
