I am Mark, a licensed California attorney practicing exclusively bankruptcy law since 1991. I am BV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a member of numerous bankruptcy related and financial groups affiliated with California State and Local bar associations.
I represent debtors and creditors in all bankruptcy chapters.
My practice is based in the Los Angeles area but I handle Chapter 7 cases throughout the State of California. 1. the value of each of your assets and, for assets that have liens against them, the amounts of the liens;
2. the amounts and types of each of your debts, and the history of incurring each of the debts
3. Your monthly income and expenses.
