Tired of confusing,
incompetent or condescending tech support?
Has this happened to you?
- Have you been frustrated with phone support because you could not describe
your problem over the phone and the person could not see what your Mac was
doing?
- Have you tried to read
the manual and it didn't make
sense to you?
- Have you ever had someone
talk circles around you so that you felt like you didn't know anything?
- Have you thought you
knew what to do and then gotten stuck?
Whether
you are 26 or 86, new to the Mac or just in a little pickle, I can make working
with your Mac productive. I have 22 years of experience on the Macintosh, so there
isn't much I can't handle. But more importantly, I love the mac and it is my job
to help you love your Mac just as much as I do. Since leaving Apple in 2002 to
become a Macintosh Consultant, I have helped more than 400 clients. I specialize
in helping businesses and individuals understand and use Macs as efficiently as
possible, saving them time and maximizing their efforts. I help make technology
their friend instead of their enemy.
A remote experience
How would you like it if I told you that in 15 minutes I could be controlling
your Mac through the internet and helping you solve your problems? All you need
is Mac OS X and a working internet connection. When you call me, I will email
you an application that will allow me to control your Mac from my office. But
don't worry, it is only active during our session. As you tell me your problems
on the phone, I will see what you see and I can move your mouse and show you
the solutions. It's like having an angel on your shoulder.
Certified Support Not only am I certified, but I am the former Service Manager for Apple Business Center in Auckland, New Zealand. I became a Genius at the Apple Store in Fashion Valley, San Diego when the store opened in 2001.
Now I am an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator ACTC, and certified to work on both Mac OS X client and OS X Server.
