Maybe just the nature of the service makes it inevitable...
I had to wait a minute or two for the gentleman to get in
front of his computer. And maybe my question wasn't real
easy but it took 15min and 33sec. at $1.50($22.95) to get
a somewhat roundabout solution to my question. I would
have rather paid $30.00 $6/min. and gotten the exact
solution in 5min.

Mike was able to quickly understand what I was looking to
do, and identify that it was not possible to do without
complex VBA development. Receiving this confirmation was
as valuable to me as if he were able to actually do the
development - saves me time and money.
