Knight is always very accessible as well as fair with his pricing. Of the three projects he has done for me, he has always completed them the way I had asked and more. Very pleased.

My problem is that my Word 2000 document starts an
automatic pagination, which runs the document from its
original 158 pages to 7,000 pages. I called Knight to ask
how to stop this pagination - ie, turn it off. He did not
seem familiar with Word 2000 and could not talk me through
the formating process. He was not at his computer and said
he could link me to his computer this evning to see my
document and help me and that the first five minutes would
be free. However, I spent $10.00 to find out nothing
except to re-connect later. I wanted help with my documet
when I called - not later. Alex

Mr. knight responded but referred me to a comm software
site so he could view my computer as a user. His site was
unable to execute as his name wasn't listed. I spent
several minutes trying to connect-unsuccessfully. He was
unable to comment on my problem and I gave up in utter
frustration. His name was removed from the Ingenio site
when I returned. No explanation was given.

I though CEOKNIGHT was very helpful and offered a quick
solution to my problem. I would not hesitate to use him
should a situation arise again.
