Bruce was fabulous. He is extremely knowledgable and
patient. Had no problem walking me through every step to
correct the problem I had. Great guy for the average
everyday computer user who needs clarity and understanding
dealing with problems. Would call again and I highly
recommend.

Mr. Bruce Kaufman gave me some suggestions to try to fix
my printing problems. He was very professional and
friendly. Once I try his suggestions, then I will know
how helpful he was. The sugestions he gave me were sound
and I am suprised that the HP tec's were not as helpful.

I was supposed to receive instructions on how to
reinstall windows but i haven't received the email yet and
its been about 2 hours. I was told 10 minutes.
