IT experience. During these six years, I have performed several roles including
Senior Consultant, SharePoint Portal Server Engineer III, Network Admin/ Project
manager for web technologies responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting of
existing applications and environment; testing and implementing new
technologies. I have been responsible design, implementing and upgrading network
technologies. I have proven record of delivering solid support and satisfactory
solutions to company and its customers. I have consistently contributed to
companies’ growth and profitability by combining strong technical, management
knowledge and with a dedicated proactive approach.
- Worked closely with
customers’ IT and business management staff to understand their complex
business requirements and map those requirements to Microsoft technological
solutions.
- Work on Advisory cases to
design network topologies, implement and Architect SPS and WSS in enterprise
environment of more then thousands of users advice customers on best
practices.
- I had to discuss and advise
customer on hardware recommendations and integration with other technologies
like project, CMS, class server and others. Suggest best practices for
performance optimization and recovery/backup models for Sharepoint Portal
Server Versions (2003 and 2001) WSS Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint
Team Services in enterprise environment. Responsibilities also included
helping global support centers as escalation point for FrontPage Server
extension 2000 and 2002. <br>
- Provide support for related
technologies like project server installation, Internet Information Server
5.0, 6.0, Windows 2003 OS and SQL server 2000.
- Troubleshooting includes
dissecting reports Like [Netmon traces and SPSreports (comprehensive report
that includes about 108 log files), Perfmons, sql traces and others] to
trace the root cause of the problem for customer and create internal
documents for other users to refer to.
- Collaborate with IIS, SQL,
Windows Networking, and Developer support, Project Server, CMS (Content
Management Server), asp.net, windows platforms, Microsoft office integration
and others in teams to resolve the customer issue.
- Maintain prompt
communication with managers and customers by required means.
