Was friendly enough, but I did not call to make a friend. I
have many years of IT experience going back to DOS 1.0 and
the first IBM PCs, mainframes before that. This was a
question that I could not resolve and sought out the
expertise of a MS-Certified EXPERT. I am NOT THRILLED with
his LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM at all; I did not expect to hear
words like S#!T or phrases like damn, I don't know, that's a
good one, I think you should just reformat your hard drive
and try again. THIS IS AN EXPERT? NOT HARDLY. I am glad
that I did not have to pay for this call (was first call and
so had $5 credit), and I CANNOT IMAGINE CALLING HIM AGAIN
for anything. A WASTE OF MY TIME.

This time, the grecster was not very helpful. He was
obviously not in front of a computer during my call, and
then kept getting confused between the pre-VISTA menus and
the VISTA menus, which was the platform I was calling about.
I have come to learn the issue is bigger than a tech could
likely help with, but in my opinion someone should be at a
computer so that they can talk intelligiently during the
call.
