I can talk you through most straightforward solutions in under
ten minutes. (Lots of my callers get the information they want in as
little as two or three minutes!)
My promise to you:
- I won't waste your time, keep you hanging on, or otherwise
try to 'string out' our call.
- If I can't picture exactly what you're doing, I might ask
you to send a copy of your document by Keen mail. If your document is
confidential, it might help to have a 'dummy' document available.
- If I can't get you the answers you need right away, I'll
tell you how long it will take, disconnect, and we can arrange a time to
speak again (usually within a few minutes).
- If it's going to work out more economical for you, we can
work by paid e-mail - I'll agree a price with you up-front. Sample
rates are approx $1 for an instant one-line answer, $5 for a fairly simple
question. Bigger projects I'll price individually. Call or mail
