What is Petraco Forensic Consulting?
Petraco Forensic Consulting is a privately owned forensic laboratory service owned and operated by Nicholas Petraco. Mr. Petraco is a Diplomat of the American Board of Criminalistics (ABC). He is also an ABC certified forensic scientist with over 30 years experience in forensic casework. He has worked for the New York City Police Department for over 30 years. He has taught forensic science and forensic microscopy for over 20 years at John Jay College. Mr. Petraco is a fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and the New York Microscopical Society. His organization is associated with many nationally certified and recognized forensic scientists who can conduct any type of forensic examination from physical matches to DNA analysis for both civil and criminal matters. These services are available for domestic and international investigations. Mr. Petraco is a NYS licensed science teacher, and he teaches many different forensic microscope courses with TAKA.
