Hello, For over 12 years I have been working with Personal Computers, Stand-Alone & Networked, running all versions of the Microsoft Operating Systems, from early versions of DOS to the newest versions of Windows XP. In this time I have came across many configuration problems, and compatibility bugs. I have created my own technique of troubleshooting. I am down to earth, easy to speak with and familiar with hundreds of screens, dialog boxes, and error messages on the blind. I am new to this forum so I am starting with a low price range. However, don’t let the low cost fool you, I am very qualified and well versed in giving technical support over the phone. Unlike the support you may have experienced in the past where someone with minimal knowledge of XYZ Operating System or Software is reading from some pre-set knowledgebase that they may or may not know how to use.
