Hello! I was diagnosed with Agoraphobia in 1979. I lived many years on a roller coaster ride. I raised 2 children alone! I now have 7 beautiful grand children. I'm going places and doing things that I haven't done for a good many years. There is no miracle pill even though we'd like one. You must learn to control the panic and not let the panic control you (much easier said than done at times). Learn breathing exercises and get your mind into the right place. Know that there is hope and there is freedom of choice and believe in yourself and believe in your partner. :) YOU CAN DO THIS!!
