My role in the preparation of taxes has always been to get you the biggest tax refund available. I try to be available for Keen Seekers a minimum of 8 hours a day. Most calls average 5 minutes and I never drag out the call. If I need to do research, I WILL NOT keep you on the line. I will reply via Keen Mail ASAP citing the appropriate IRS Pub or form to further assist you.

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Here are some of the topics I specialize in:

• REAL ESTATE: Did you sell your home last year and now think you have to pay capital gains on the profit? I have some IRS tidbits that could save you thousands. Have you calculated your adjusted basis correctly? I can show you how the IRS figures it!
• Was the property you sold used both as a personal residence and a rental? A few computations and you might be able to sell the property as a personal residence rather then investment property and save capital gains. Do you know what "expenses of sale are?" I can explain-it could save you capital gains dollars?
• Have you taken depreciation on your property? No? you have to consider recapture anyway if you sold it. Ask me and I'll explain the IRS' position on "taken or could have taken". You may be able to amend back years taxes and get a larger refund.
• RETIREMENT/IRA/401K: Did you receive your IRA/401K because you were laid off and now have to pay taxes on the whole thing? Not if you call me. I'll help you eliminate some of that tax liability you THINK you owe.
