I am a Certified Exchange Specialist for IRC Section 1031 property exchanges. I am one of the first in the nation to receive my CES designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA). My practice is located in rural PA, however I have done work for clients from Hawaii to New York, California to Florida. I have a vast knowledge of 1031 Exchanges and related IRS forms which are extremely difficult to prepare correctly.
