I am a board certified, licensed audiologist who can provide some general troubleshooting and inquiries regarding hearing aids. Sometimes while you're with your hearing healthcare professional, some questions are not asked at that time or problems arise when their offices are closed. I would be able to give you that help when you need it. My price per minute is also very reasonable if you need an unbiased opinion regarding your hearing aid purchase.
