Experience and qualifications:
My Master's degree with honors in Community Counseling was obtained in 1982 after 15 months of study. In 1991, after 3 more years of graduate school, I was granted a Doctorate in Philosophy in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in sexual issues. Professionally I have worked closely with ten esteemed professionals in various fields of sexual health, mental health, psychology, and education. I have partnered with clients and patients in settings such as private practice, community clinics, group housing, and inpatient state mental health hospitals. Over the years I have practiced individual, couples, and group therapy using behavioral and cognitive techniques. I have tested, evaluated, and written professional assessments and progress notations on over 200 patients. Personally I have been in individual and group therapy for over 20 years working with six different therapists. In addition I have experienced hypnosis, and significant Rebirthing and Breathwork sessions of my own.
