I offer sophisticated big corporation consultation and tax planning for medium and small sized business entities and individuals and the development of long term tax minimization strategies. I also offer tax controversy consultation and advice. I formerly was the Senior Tax Director of Enron Corp. and Corporate Tax Counsel of Tenneco Inc. At Enron, I was responsible for building the tax planning function for Enron Energy Services and led the tax planning function for Enron's Middle East power, gas and water greenfield development projects and Enron's worldwide liguified natural gas efforts. These projects included the $3 billion Dolphin Project located in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates and organization of other Cayman Islands based projects. I have complete and current understanding of state sales, income and property taxes as well as signigicant tax controversy experience at the federal and state levels. I was the principal tax lawyer at Tenneco involved in that company's active acquisition and divestiture efforts and its natural resource based businesses. I am a member of various bar committees and have spoken on partnerships and mergers and acquisitions. Because of my significant merger and acquisition, partnership, corporation, and general planning experience, I offer services comparable to that provided by Big 4 accounting firms at an equitable cost.
