Ace Maxwell General computer knowledgeDescription: I am a general computer user with many areas of knowledge. I started out about 25 years ago on a Commodore 64 and have progressed up through an Atari 800, Apple IIe, Macintosh II, VAX, and now PCs. Most of my knowledge is self-taught. I have purchased and assembled entire systems for people. I can help with most areas of hardware and software. Probably the best aspect of my knowledge is that I have a computer running MS-DOS 6.22. That means I know the foundation that the current GUI operating systems are built on as well as the current OSs themselves. I spend 95% of my time using computers. Computers are my LIFE! Most of the time when I call a computer company's technical support department, I know 10 times more than the person I talk to. All of my friends come to me with questions about their computers. I have done my best to help them, and now I can try to help you. I don't know everything, but I do know alot. Let me give helping you a shot.
