who i am: For 23 years I have been involved in the evolution of the Internet. I teach Web Development, Information Architecture, Web Programming, and Graphic Design. I also hold a position as Director of Information Architecture and Design for one of So. Cal's largest design firms. why i'm here: I've found that being involved with KEEN gives me an opportunity to work with a broad and unique user base. My experiences here have enhanced my understanding of the needs of a much larger segment of the internet community.

how i work: In a perfect world, I could answer your each and every question within the first 5 (free) minutes. Unfortuanately, no two questions, or their solutions, are ever the same. I'll listen to the outline of the problem and do my best to help you out. If your problem is outside my abilities or is too complex to handle in a LIVE CALL format, I will let you know immediately. If i'm not able to help you out I will attempt to pass you along to someone who can. If the problem is to complex or requires me to evaluate your code, I will most likely request you send it to me in KEEN EMail.
