Microsoft XP still isn't doing what it is supposed to (I can't access the other computer via "My Network") but I can do what is needed via the "Run". I appreciate that she didn't run up my call length but cut it off when she was fairly sure I would be OK, while also making sure I could call her back and reach her specifically. 
5/3/2008     ED4879   1 star Absolute WASTE OF MONEY!!! After clearly explaining problem with MS Outlook, woman with broken English who was difficult to understand took me through many "steps" for 40 mintues in Outlook Express that did nothing but waste time. Returned to Outlook with exact same problem. Then she hung up! I am completely dissatisfied.

2/29/2008     dinkenssd   1 star I talked to an Indian woman. The call was worthless. She assumed I knew alot (and I'm even an IT professional). Then,she said if I needed more help to call back in 2 hours!!! The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!
