credentials and make notes on which coaches might be right for you.
STEP 2 Get in touch
Contact a coach via email or phone call for an initial consultation. You should be able to get a sense on your first couple
of conversations whether this coach will be the right fit for you or not.
STEP 3 Experience it
The most important thing is to be open to the experience and the process before deciding whether it works for you. Great
coaching (and the results) are founded on trust, compassion, understanding and ownership. During your initial session,
you might realize this isn't the coach for you which happens from time to time. Keep an open mind and choose a different
coach which may be a better fit for one another.
