How you'll be impactful

As the Senior Manager, Seller Experience, you will help build out our Advisor (psychic, mediums, tarot readers, intuitives, etc) strategy and lead the seller community. This cross-functional role will touch every part of the company through giving input to Product, start-to-finish project management of business improvements, owning revenue driving programs, and managing the thriving advisor community. This exciting role will report to the VP, Customer and Advisor Management to define and execute Keen’s Advisor strategy.

This role will be required to be in our SF office at minimum 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).

What you'll be doing
  • Develop a compelling vision for the Advisor community and a tactical roadmap for achieving that vision.
  • Define and manage metrics to measure the health and performance of the community.
  • Act as the internal voice of Advisors, ensuring that Advisors are considered as an integral part of strategy, policy, marketing and product decision making.
  • Raise the bar for Advisor delivery by creating and executing on education & development programs and community events (like our annual Advisor Summit).
  • Develop written materials, including product messaging, communications plans and FAQs, blog posts, and other collateral.
  • Design onboarding content, automated communications, and website features that help advisors engage with new platform features.
  • Regularly communicate with the Advisor community via forums, webinars and other channels.

WHat you'll need to be successful
  • 5+ years of work experience with significant community and marketing experience, preferably in an eCommerce marketplace working closely with the seller community.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator with impeccable follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, able to build rapport with a wide variety of personalities.
  • Pragmatic problem solver, able to look at a challenge from a variety of angles and willing to test out solutions.
  • Comfortable completing complex tasks and projects with minimal guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or content creation is a plus.
  • Must be humble, think like an owner, and be willing to roll up your sleeves!

Pay transparency

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$140,000 + bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
